How Oatmeal and this website treat your information.
The Oatmeal app
- Your meetings stay on your Mac. Oatmeal has no account and no cloud, and transcripts and summaries are made on your Mac.
- Oatmeal never sends what was said in your meetings anywhere, and recording, transcription and search work without an internet connection.
- Recording starts only when you press Start. The optional meeting reminder notices that a call app is using the microphone; it never listens and never starts recording for you.
- Exports are written only when you ask, to the folder you choose. You can delete a recording or a whole meeting at any time.
This website
This site uses gremlinlabs' own analytics, Gremlytics, only if you say yes. It counts page views, which pages people arrive from, downloads and page speed. It does not use advertising cookies and does not sell anything about you.
If you say no, nothing is measured. You can change your answer at any time.
Downloads are served through Gremlytics, which counts each download so we know how many people install Oatmeal.
